No Quitter

I feel a little like I have had the wind taken out of my sails a bit.  When we went to the consultants appointment this week, it turns out that the chemo has not diminished the lesions as much as they wanted it to.  However, on the plus side the ct scan did show that there is nothing life threatening at the moment, and as Rob pointed out if that was the only thing they had said I would have been delighted.  Am really getting itchy feet now, am dreading being in this street in the holidays, unfortunately the house I really wanted has been withdrawn from the website.  I am hoping that maybe it is changing seller?  There are a few others that I am interested in but they all have a compromise, and that one had the least compromise, and four bedrooms too.  I have almost completed the last assignment for this year, and am feeling quite pleased with myself, considering the fact that I almost gave up before I started due to this diagnosis.  I have discovered this year that I am no quitter!
